Miles - 10/21/2020

Miles ate whole wheat toast and two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate pork roast, no whole wheat tortillas, taste of carrots, and ate fruit salad.  

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon when Miles kept trying to put these dress-up shorts over his head.  So I got the camera ready and then "helped" him out!!  Ha.  Cute little fella.  

Next picture:  Another picture of "Classic Miles."  Haha.  He realized his finger fits the hole at the bottom of the little people just perfectly.  :)  That was enough to keep him occupied for an hour.  Haha.  Not really that long, but he can sure stay focused for long periods of time.  The school buses are out in this toy exchange and these little people fit in two of the buses.  The other two buses are made for people with a larger behind.  Haha.  

Last two pictures;  Miles hanging out and being pursued by older gals.  Haha.  Avi loves Miles and Cal and frequently interacts with them; usually until the babies get tired of it.  (Hey, one of the school buses is in this picture.)  Last picture;  Miles was amazingly gentle with Atley's hair.  Atley was liking the attention from him.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
