Miles - 10/29/2020

Miles ate waffle and ate a large serving of fruit salad for breakfast.  For lunch he ate turkey burger, whole wheat tortillas, tasted the sweet potatoes, and ate cherries.  At breakfast while Cal and Miles were still in their highchairs side-by-side Miles started saying, "Dada, dada, dada..."  So Cal started to mimic him saying the same thing.  Then Miles kept saying it and started waving as well.  So now Cal is also waving and they're both saying, "Dada, dada dada..."  Cuties.  

Well I have 4 pictures and 3 of the pictures are basically centered around the swivel/rocker chair.  It's kind of like the mattress in the fact the kids never get tired of it.  I've totally gotten my money's worth out of both of them!!  In the first picture the boys are being super safe standing together in the chair!!  :)  Second picture; Cal is pushing Miles around and around.  Miles is holding some "peas" that he'd just pulled out of Cal's mouth.  Ha.  

Next picture:  Keeping an eye on each other!  What are you doing down there?!  What are you doing up there?!   Last picture:  The boys are playing with a barn and Cal was trying to push a tractor through that doorway; Except the tractor is too big to fit through there.  And that's how they eventually learn about those things!  Until then they just push harder!!  Haha.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles - 01/26/2022

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
