Miles - 12/03/2020

Miles ate French toast and dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch he ate pulled pork, bites of whole wheat toast, ate peas, and strawberries.  

First picture; This is like less than a minute after waving bye at the window to Cal's family.  Cal wanted Miles in the chair; "Mau Mau" Mau Mau" pointing to the chair.  Nora also pushed the chair along with Cal and they were taking a break from pushing because they were working so hard.  Ha.  Second picture: Then Nora decided Miles needed to be buried under pillows and stuffed animals.  You can see his feet sticking out. As you can imagine that didn't last long and pillows were moving off very quickly.  Ha.

Next picture;  Avi playing on the mattress with the two little guys.  She loves mauling them and that's how this started; she was mauling Miles and Cal joined in.  The boys love this play.  

Next picture:  Miles has found a new way to utilize the legos flowers.  (Yesterday and Today.)  Svea was playing with these in the sink and no matter how hard she tried to block him he was finding a way to sneak his hand past her blockade.  :)  Last picture; Then Svea had all the phones and she was blocking him again.  (They are behind her.)  Miles climbed up on the book rack and was trying to reach them and he screamed a few times.  Svea screamed at him;  "NO SCREAMING!!"  LOL.  Now that is a major classic case of the pot calling the kettle black.  Haha.  I tell her that frequently.  Probably 3 times before she told him.  :)

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
