Miles - 12/04/2020

Miles ate cream of wheat cereal and baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch he ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.  He ate whole wheat dinner roll and fruit cocktail.  At breakfast the cream of wheat was pretty "fluid" so we used straws.  Haha.  That's not the first time and they actually get a kick out of it.  At the bottom of Atley's bowl she said, "Just like the vacuum on the floor."  LOL.  Yup.  Leave it up to Atley to keep us all laughing. 

First picture;  If you could see this in Live Mode you'd see him yanking the handle as hard as he can back-n-forth, but it's kind of difficult so he wasn't successful to get it moved.  But it wasn't because he wasn't trying!!  Haha.  Actually he's easily strong enough he just wasn't pulling it the right direction.  

Next picture:  I was taking a picture of Nora and Svea laying down their pillows and getting all cozy on the mattress.  Miles popped up at just the right time.  Haha.  (You'll see a picture of the girls doing this in Nora's Blog without Miles in the picture. Ha.)  Miles took steps today and everyone is so happy and cheering for him.  Probably because I'm cheering the loudest.  :)  He was out in the middle of the floor and kept standing up and giving it a go.

Last picture:  Check out Nora's right leg in this picture!  Hahaha.  Blocking you out Miles.  She has three little cakes and candles from the food toys and Miles was pretty determined to pester her.  He frequently goes for whatever Svea is playing with.  Maybe this is payback for all the times Svea tormented Nora.  Ha. Nora would scream and Svea would follow her around continually.  You can see Cal's head in the bottom of the picture and he was headed for the couch too.  Cal started pretending to "blow out" the candles and kept leaning in towards Svea's goods and driving her nuts.  :)

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles - 01/26/2022

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
