Miles - 01/12/2021

Miles ate half of waffle serving and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate chicken, half of whole wheat tortilla, half of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples.  

Svea was watching me change Miles' diaper.  She pointed at him and said, "Hey Gary, put your glasses on him."  Haha.  Silly Svea.

I had a picture of Miles tugging on Nora's "wolf mask" that was very cute and she was totally fine with him doing that.  Thankfully no one else tried it!!  Haha.  I'm not sure why that picture did not download. (South) Or would that be upload? (North)  Or side load?  (East or West)  I'm very savvy with a compass, but I've not figured out which way is which with technology!!  :)

First picture;  Miles with his drill and he looks very serious about it.  You gotta focus to get your holes even and straight.  He had a drill in each hand before Dad even got out the door this morning.  I think Daddy was slightly disappointed in the quality of these very special drills you love so much Miles.  Haha.  Maybe he was expecting some 20 Volt lithium battery-powered piece of high quality technology.  (Which is what I have in the shop and I love it.)  :)

Next picture;  Miles was seeing how many sets of keys he could fit into one cup.  :)  Last picture; Nora was sucking her thumb and cuddling brother and started grinning when she saw me taking a picture.  Miles was fine with it as long as his arms were free to continue working on his phone.  :)

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
