Miles ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch he ate chicken, bites of pita bread, ate avocado, most of cucumber, and ate pears.

Well Daddy didn't send out any SOS signals (or texts) this weekend so I was proud of that; plus getting the kids here and dressed.  Very nice job Dad while Momma was away!  Miles did come for numerous loves this morning; way more than usual.  And that is so common when things have been just a little different for this age.  Miles must be teething.  He's been chewing on so many books recently!!  I said, "Hey Miles, the books are for reading not eating."  He said, "Oh."  And continued to chew.  Haha.

First picture:  Miles was whimpering and pointing to a spot beside his eye.  So I was checking it out and Cal decided he needed to show me exactly where it was at!  Maybe Cal knew the story behind the story! Haha.  Following picture: The boys were playing with some legos.  Cal can get a few together and that's a great example for Miles to follow.

Next picture:  This has become a daily ritual for Miles; clearing the top shelf of blocks.  He'll probably soon be doing the bottom shelf as well although it's a tiny bit tricky getting the stack of blocks out of there.  Last picture:  Cal seized on the opportunity to build towers with the blocks scattered across the floor.  So far Cal will only build towers with the smallest blocks.
