Miles - 02/02/2021

Miles ate blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate bites of shrimp, no brown rice, bites of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.   

I took this first picture right after Miles waved bye to Daddy at the window.  Callahan was at the window as well and spotted the moon and was saying, "moon, moon, moon."  Miles quickly spotted it too and was pointing at it.  The boys were not at the window very long, but the clouds had quickly hid the moon from view.  And then Cal started chanting, "Where the moon? where the moon? where the moon?" I was chanting, "Clouds hiding moon. Clouds hiding moon." Clouds hiding moon."  :)

Next picture:  Svea was perched on the counter-top playing with the food toys and Miles had some in the sink he was playing with.  They velcro together and Miles is always studying the velcro.  He likes pulling them together and pushing them back together.  Following picture;  I was sitting in the chair and he was making the chair go around and around.  He had his hand inches from my face and waved at me.  LOL.  

Last picture:  Avilene was tickling Miles and he was chuckling.  If you zoom in on the picture you can see the big grin on his face.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles - 01/26/2022

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
