Miles - 04/01/2021

Miles ate bites of French toast and ate dried plums. For lunch he ate pulled pork, bite of whole wheat toast, ate peas, and strawberries.  

This first picture is from yesterday afternoon. The kids have been having a blast going outside and we all love the fresh air. Now that it's officially Spring we hope the weather cooperates!! Good bye to the snow for 6 months maybe. :) All the kids are under the parachute except you can see Atley holding up the parachute and Miles is partially hidden behind Atley.

Next picture; Callahan was playing with a Super Hero house in the chair and Miles started pushing the chair around and around. Cal didn't even act like he noticed he just kept on playing and Miles kept on pushing. Following picture; Miles was crawling on top of his Sister (who's under her blanket) and Svea tried to come to Nora's rescue; "Hey! Get off my friend Nora!" Haha. 

Last two pictures: I was sitting on the arm of the couch and Miles kept shoving his head under my leg; I'd laugh, he'd giggle, and shove his head back in there again. He kind of likes that close contact. Here's another expanse in the last picture; If I'm standing near him he likes to crawl and poke his head between my knees or ankles. And of course I have to squeeze him a bit and that always makes him giggle too. I sure love this sweet Miles boy.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
