Miles - 10/04/2021

Miles ate cheerios and banana for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef with avocado, ate whole wheat pita bread, two servings of olives, and two servings of strawberries.  

The kids asked to play with the sunglasses and I thought Miles looked very cute; it was primarily his body language here that made it adorable to me. Second picture: The boys had just finished their breakfast and Svea was showing them the activity with the magnet. She was pulling the magnet across the paper clips and she already had Lots of them stuck to the magnet. 

Next picture: Cal was examining his hand and Miles' hand. Cal said, "Look at my fingers are all dry." In the picture Miles is looking at Cal's face, not his hand. Haha. Cal asked Miles; "Are yours dry?" Ha. I hear so much here that I know they're bringing from home and by the way you guys must do wonderful because I never hear "bad" stuff. LOL!! Good work Parents!!

Last picture: I managed to get all these pictures sequentially out of order!! It doesn't matter except it's hard on my brain!! Haha. This was right after these kids arrived and Svea had a feather she'd found at home and was gently touching the remaining scab on her knee. That feather was quite intriguing to the boys.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
