Cal - 11/19/2021

Callahan ate oatmeal and apple slices for breakfast. For lunch he ate hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, and potatoes. He had bites of whole wheat dinner roll, and ate fruit cocktail. 

Here are some pictures of Cal doing various Preschool Room activities this morning. First picture; He has the 6 different colored cups surrounding himself and he's starting to sort the colored bears. I took the second picture when he was working to collect all the paper clips with the magnet on the end of the string. In the third picture Svea and Cal were playing the Avalanche Game. The board is on a slant and they try to get as many pieces of fruit on there before it collapses. There are several rules to the game, but at this point we skipped all the rules. Ha.

Next picture: Svea worked hard at building this wall and like I've mentioned several times we have a rule "If you build it, then you can destroy it." And the boys were doing pretty well with that and intentionally being careful. Well you can see from the bottom picture all heck broke loose! Ha. And Svea participated in wrecking it. Then she started building again and Miles was still in "destroy mode." Oops. Svea said, "Miles, you can't knock them over. I worked very hard at this." I was a little confused as well Miles. Hard to imagine there was some incongruence happening at Daycare!!
