Miles - 11/01/2021

Miles ate two servings of cheerios and ate banana for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef covered with avocado, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, and two servings of strawberries. 

I'm gonna use a picture I have left over from Friday afternoon. First picture: This picture was taken shortly after the boys woke up and they'd both taken off their pajamas. First, Svea was cheering and yelling, "Go Griz" while the boys ran in circles and pretended to play soccer. "Kick the ball! Kick the ball!" Then Svea joined the game and said, "I am the Unicorn Team." Haha. Cal said, "I am the Bronco." Svea said, "Miles is the Steeler." :) And she came up with that on her own!! 

Next picture: This was very cute!! Svea was hiding around the corner and Miles was "knocking on the door" and then running to the mattress laughing and giggling. Svea would poke her head around the corner and say, "Who's there!?!" Over and over. Following picture; Svea built both of these "boats" and she been building lots of "boats" lately!! Miles was riding on one and right after the picture Svea provided the horsepower for pushing MIles across the floor. Later Cal came by and was taking it apart and he said, "I have to put new batteries in it!!" 

Last picture: Miles was SO excited to put on the lion suit!! Primarily because Svea was putting on the froggy suit. I knew it wouldn't last long so I just put his arms through the holes and put the hood on. Sure enough it lasted for at last 2.5 seconds and I barely had time to get a picture!!

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Yes that was sad for me too! She said, "Did they bury him up ?" "Put him into ashes?" "Or in the sea?" So precious. Firs...

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
