Miles - 12/09/2021

Miles ate bites of his waffle serving and ate strawberry/mango for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground turkey, bite or two of whole wheat tortillas, ate sweet potatoes, and two servings of cherries. 

This is about all three of the kids: I love how Svea expresses herself. We were doing books and initially she didn't want to sing. (Which was just fine!) She said, "I wanna suck; I don't wanna sing!" LOL! Then Miles started singing with me and well let's just say she forgot all about her thumb!! 
Svea said, "Gary!! Cal said RUDE to Miles!" (Ha.) Cal denied that one; "No I didn't!" Svea; "Yes you did! I heard you!!" Cal was most likely correct; he probably acted rude; not saying rude. Ha. 

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon and the boys were having fun dinking around - laughing and giggling - in the swivel/rocker. All of a sudden Cal frantically says, "don't bite me Miles!!" Uhhh, I was watching the entire time and I never saw anything close to a bite! Plus, these two have never had any conflict with biting. Maybe there was something about looking at Miles upside-down that made Cal nervous! Haha. Second picture: Miles sorting the legos cows. :)

Svea was working on her "cave" and told the boys, "I need some help here!!" Cal said, "I'm working here!!" You can see what Miles was doing in the next picture: dinking around! Ha. Last picture: Svea got the "cave" completed all by herself! You can see 3 sets of legs in there.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles - 01/26/2022

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
