Miles ate whole wheat toast and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate tilapia, wholewheat elbow noodles, green beans, and applesauce.

Just an FYI, Miles has started "pouting" when I redirect him, but he's not yelling or crying in the middle of his distress. He just melts to the floor face-first and looks exactly like his Sister. Haha. Speaking of Nora, here's another (more positive) thing he does exactly like her: He never fails to say "thank you" when I give him his food. It's so cute and I love it. Nora did that same thing at a young age while still in her highchair. I just had another memory of her at meal time and I'd bet money Miles does NOT ever do this. Ha. She ALWAYS wanted to be the first one done and she'd quit in the middle of her meal if someone else said, "Done, done." She was obsessed with it and would scream and yell. When it comes to food, Miles be like; "Just keep the food coming!!"

First picture; This is a "Frozen" book that Svea brought from home and Miles was captivated by it!! Chanting (137 times) "Frozen Book, Frozen Book, Frozen Book." When I took this picture he was wanting me to sit down and read to him. Sorry Miles, gotta do the picture thing first. So I read 2 stories out of it and they wanted more and more. Second picture; Svea continuing to read from her book.

Next picture: There's a story behind this one! See Cal's feet on the left as he's going head-first down the slide. They were lining up and taking turns. Miles had just went down so he was supposed to get behind Svea, but you can see where he's at. She told him to get behind her and he took a step toward the mirror and crumpled to the floor face-first once again devastated. Ha. The Struggles and Trials of a Toddler.

Next picture: The Artist at work after breakfast. Last picture: Did I mention he was a bit obsessed with the "Frozen Book" Svea brought from home? :)
