Miles - 01/12/2022

Miles ate three servings of French toast covered with three servings of strawberries. For lunch he ate most of Whole 30 Chili with meat, peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and lots of spices. He had a bite of whole wheat dinner roll and ate mango/pineapple. 

It was super nice to have Miles back this morning and he had a great morning so I think he was happy too! (And the snuggles this morning were awesome and precious!!) We did a toy exchange this past weekend so that helped as well I'm sure. Callahan was happy to see Miles too. They played together a lot and without any conflict! (Don't expect that to last!! Haha.) Miles saw the toy exchange and first thing he said, "ice cream!" "Pizza!" "Cups!" :) Second picture: The boys were playing with the cameras and Miles was saying, "Cheese, cheese, cheese!" (They were taking pictures of Lauralea.) Except Miles has his turned around so I guess that's a close-up selfie. :)

Here are two pictures of Miles working on activities by himself. He asked to do "coloring" as soon as he was done with breakfast. That's pretty much a ritual around here for him! And then he asked to do puzzles. He did two puzzles and was proud to be successful with both of them. "Me do it Gary, Me do it Gary!" :)

Miles wanted to join Cal in the Preschool Room with the "tinker toys" so I let him try, but it was a bit too much for Miles and he lasted about 22.5 seconds. :) I told him he needed to ask Cal to join him and Miles said, "me join, me join, me join." Close enough. :) Last picture; The boys were back playing in the Daycare Room and ended up at the legos table.
