Miles - 03/01/2022

Miles ate toasted cinnamon/raisin English muffin and ate some dried plums for breakfast. For lunch he ate chicken, brown rice, most of his broccoli, and ate mandarin oranges.

First picture; Cal and Miles at the window waving bye to Daddy Ryan. Our visitor's Jeep is blocking lots of the window so I said to Miles, "Come over here (where he's at in the picture) and wave. This is a good spot." Cal said, "The best spot ever!!" Haha. What a goof. As you can see in the picture Cal was squeezing Miles a little bit for that "best spot ever." :) That's Nicole's hand you can see in the lower left of the picture.

Svea is not feeling well so it's just the two boys here today. I told them Svea was not feeling well and Cal said, "Awww...poor Svea." It was very sweet. Next picture; Cal was building this sidewalk and then Miles joined him for maybe 2 minutes! Ha. Cal said, "You work on that side Miles and I'll work on this side." Following picture: Miles was playing at the Outhouse, oops I mean Dollhouse. However, once again this became the Outhouse. :) Good work Miles. (Even if you do yell "no" when I ask if you're poopy!!)

Last picture: The crazy boys were having fun jumping and laughing. Cal said, "Miles! Let's do Butt Bombs!!" So I took a picture of their first Butt Bomb jump! Hmmm...Miles landed on his feet and Cal's flying attempt looks more like a Belly-Flop to mel!! So I guess the next thing on the agenda will be an anatomy lesson!! Haha.

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles - 01/26/2022

Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
