Miles - 04/12/2022

Miles ate toasted raisin/cinnamon English muffin and three large servings of grapes for Breakfast. For Lunch he ate pork roast, whole wheat toast, bites of beets, and a large serving of applesauce. 
Miles saw a truck going by and was saying, "Tooow Truck, Tow Truck, Tow Truck." Good spotting it Miles, except that's a Bread Truck. :) Maybe he was saying, "toooast truck, toooast truck." Haha. (There were pictures of bread on the side.)

First picture: The boys were having fun being silly on the mattress first thing this morning. Second picture: So I know Miles is not in this picture, but he's part of the story. Svea arrived about 9:15 and I took this picture about 45 minutes before that. Cal said, "Where is Svea?" I said, "I'm not sure." So Cal proceeded to search everywhere for Svea. Miles was standing at the gate repeating over and over; "Svea not here. Svea not here. Svea not here." Haha. 

More pics from Miles' morning. He played with the School Bus again, but not nearly as much as he did the first 2 -3 days of this toy exchange. (And that's why I do a Toy Exchange!!) Second picture: The boys were having a "picnic" and eating in a very rowdy manner!! :) Last picture: We built a "Cave" for everyone and Miles and Cal went in first. Soon after Svea alerted them to her arrival: "Make room for me Guys!! Because I have the Make-up!!" LOL!!

Miles ate waffle and three large servings of grapes - LOVE those Candy Snaps - for breakfast. For lunch he ate bite of his chicken, bites of whole wheat tortillas, bites of corn, and ate apple pieces.  Miles was pretty clingy to Daddy this morning and after Ryan left I told Miles; "Good job not crying." Miles said, "At Grandma Pam's?" Haha. Sure, at Grandma Pam's. Then he was telling me something about "puking" and I basically never figured it out except for this; "I got watermelon puke." Haha. Ok, whatever. First picture: Well did you notice Miles in this picture? Haha. He's laying on the couch, but I wanted to show you what he frequently does after arrival when he's a bit "bent out of shape." He wasn't crying or super upset, he just didn't like the transition. Miles ate whole wheat toast and three large servings of candy grapes. For lunch he ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortillas, ate half of his carrots, and three large servings of fruit salad. Random notes:  Miles asked, "Did the thunder come to your house?" Yup. "Was it loud?" Yup. "Why?" Haha. I was snuggling Nora on the couch and Miles was listening to what I said to Nora. "Nora, You've always been my girl! You're so very sweet." Miles said, "I miss my Mom." LOL!! That hit my funny bone and I laughed so hard. Miles started laughing when he saw my reaction. So cute and sweet. I love how kids frequently arrange their words! On our way to Cold Springs Playground Nora started taking about Big Willy again as we passed his house. "I can't believe he died." Miles ate three large servings of French toast covered with three large servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, saltines, half of his carrots, and ate his fruit salad. Right after breakfast Miles said, "Outside? Outside? Outside?" Cal said, "Well it's too foggy." Haha. "We'll go outside after Snack today Miles just like we did yesterday." So here is a picture from yesterday afternoon. The snow is pretty frozen underneath the new couple of inches we got. It makes for hard walking across the snow, but it was pretty entertaining to watch!! Especially when the boys also tried to push dump trucks across it as well. Miles gave up on that and just laid down on the path to the garage. :) Next picture: This picture from this morning reminds me of yesterday afternoon when the boys awoke from their naps and wanted to do some puzzles.
