Miles ate two large servings of French toast casserole mixed with strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate some Whole 30 Chili with meat, sweet potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and lots of spices. He ate whole wheat dinner roll and a large serving of mango/pineapple mix.

Quick Note: During Story Time we finished a book and Miles said, "That's a cute book Gary." Haha. (I think I heard your Mommy speaking Miles.)

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon and just for fun I introduced Miles to this big puzzle. It will be awhile before he'll tackle this one, or maybe not! Sometimes they'll surprise you! As a matter of fact he was pretty sure he did this all by himself. "I did it! I did it!!" Haha.

Caption for the next picture: "But we WERE playing Gentle!!" (Look at the innocent eyes. Ha. Not.) No you really weren't, so now you have to listen to Gary's little lecture. Haha. "we never hit; remember to play gentle boys!!" And that's about as many words as I string together for this age group. Otherwise their eyes start to glaze over. :)

Next picture: I took this shortly after Svea's arrival. She came with some "goldfish" and I told her she could bring them in, but she had to share with the boys. (If you look closely you can see one in front of Cal's left hand.) She wasn't dishing them out as fast as the boys wanted her to, but she had the bowl and she was in control. "If you want more goldfish, you're gonna have to wait." However, she really did share very generously. Last picture: Cal got a drawing slate and soon all three children were using them. Miles saw Svea tracing around her hand and he wanted to do it too. So I asked Svea if she'd help him and she eagerly did. When I took the picture she was trying to get him to spread his fingers apart. Meanwhile, Cal just kept on drawing and not interested in what those two were doing.
