Miles - 09/09/2021
Miles ate blueberry bagel and three servings of peaches for breakfast. For lunch he ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of olives, and two servings of strawberries.
I've already told this story too many times, but I always ask Miles, "Who's your Daddy?!?" So I can hear Miles say, "MOM!" So of course Cal has been hearing this over and over and today I asked Cal, "Who's your Daddy?" And he said, "Mommy!" Haha. Good answer Cal.
First picture; Svea was doing some Art and Cal started building with the blocks. He said, "Hey Miles! Let's build something." Miles stacked a few and then went on to something else. One second after I took this picture Miles looked at the tower of blocks directly in front of him and pushed it over. The rule has always been; "You can't push it over unless you built it!" That's bit of a mouthful for him to understand, but he'll soon get it. It doesn't make your friends happy to shove over their work!! :)
We went on a walk today; not to a playground, just on a field trip, The field by the Middle School has some interesting things to look at so we stopped there. Just an FYI, when Svea is pulling the wagon I walk beside the wagon because it frequently gets close to falling off the curb. Ha. (Look at where she's focused!) Second picture: First stop a folf course. :) Cal said, "Can we climb up there!?!" Well it's not made for climbing so I think we'll refrain. :)
Next picture; More stuff to look at! You can see the benches in the background and that's where the kids played next. And then they found a good "trail" to run around and around and around. Svea said, "Can I take my jacket off; I'm getting sweaty." Last picture: Probably the highlight of Miles' morning!! Haha. Standing and waving and saying, "Hi hi hi hi hi......." to all 25 Middle School kids as they went by. All three of My kids were saying, "hi hi hi hi." The big kids were very friendly to my little people.
